We started Khufu in Kampala because weakest seeing the same pattern: contractors sharp during procurement and absent one the work started. Costs shifted without warning. Sites wet quiet. Clients found out about problems when they visited themselves.
We set out to prove it could work differently. Written costs before anything starts. Updates on a schedule you choose. A handover with records. That is the whole model. Nothing else.
