Built work. On the record.
Every project shown here, from early sketches and consultant design development through construction and handover, was shaped and coordinated by Khufu. Working with architects and structural engineers, we turn each brief into a coordinated, buildable project, documented at key stages.
EKISA Residence
Built for an NGO supporting children with disabilities, the residence uses structural columns and pointed blockwork painted directly without plaster. Bamboo façade detailing, ramped access and toilets fitted with support rails complete the scheme.
St. Andrew's College Science Lab
Built from the ground up for St. Andrew’s College Moyo, with high-level ventilation, terrazzo, laboratory benches, water services and pressure-tested gas distribution.
Exterior and Interior Renovation
Selective demolition, new render, stone veneer and terrazzo transformed the exterior. Inside, we coordinated painting, shower enclosures, cabinetry and a specialist-installed solar water heater.
Finishing Works
We completed site-wide plasterwork, then took one unit through its full finishing package—kitchen, flooring, painting and final readiness for occupation.
Rental Units
The units had stalled at plaster stage and were earning nothing. We completed the remaining finishes and handed them over ready to let.
Grass-Thatched Hut
A traditional grass-thatched structure delivered using local methods, with the same site records, inspections and sign-off standards applied to our larger builds.
G+3 Residence
Currently Khufu’s largest active project, this 727 m² development comprises eight apartments across four storeys. The structure is complete and first-fix services are underway, with progress documented through every major construction stage.
Modern DSQ
Delivered in two phases, this 64 m² structure is founded on rock and carries RC footings, columns and roof slab formed to falls for controlled drainage. Interior completion and fit-out are now underway.
G+2 Villa
A substantial rock outcrop crossed the planned footprint. We reoriented the building, removed only the necessary areas using controlled calcium-oxide rock breaking, and revised the footing layout to bear predominantly on the retained rock. DPT and drilling confirmed adequate founding conditions before construction continued.
400M Perimeter Wall
A long-run masonry perimeter wall constructed with regularly spaced structural columns and a pointed finish to both faces.
St. Andrew's College Dormitory
Strong academic results brought increased enrolment and urgent pressure on student accommodation. We brought the new dormitory to plaster stage in six weeks, with final painting remaining.
St. Andrew's College Moyo Multi-Purpose Hall
Following the science laboratory and student dormitory commissions, the school appointed Khufu to deliver its new multipurpose hall through phased construction beginning
early 2027.
